Senior management, Bullying, Focussing on 1980s task . 1000s of calls , leaflets etc . Sales hate Lettings . Lettings avoid sales . Movement of goal posts constantly . Abit more bullying. Poor opinion of minorities . Terrible offices and facilities . Poor pension. No healthcare. Tiny bit more bullying with some belittling if there is time. Pay. Computers are ancient and systems often ( daily) crash . Company cars insist on heavy diesels so ruin the planet and cost you a fortune on tax . Senior management do everything to try and destroy people
