Fair amount of work, theres always something to be done. Sometimes you will do the same job x3 which I found somewhat redundant. The engineering department is in the same building. Good work ethic among most employees, laid back

False promises of moving up, Cliquey when it comes to the field guys and the engineer department upstairs. Sometimes they wont call a rain day at a suitable time so you drive there just to be told to go back home. Not a big issue though
