      Pros

      Free Coffee for all the staff. Lots of free food

      Cons

      They only care about employees being billable so the CEO can play golf all day. You are a number nothing more. If you have a kid, your paternity/maternity leave is three days ALWAYS. You have to come back to work on Monday if your child is born on Friday. Training does not exist but somehow you have to figure it out or you will be shown the door.
