Business outlook
Pros
Inclusive toward students who identify as gay, the jury is out regarding those who identify as transgender or non-binary, The clients are interesting, complicated and challenging sometimes The academic program is solid
Cons
The place is run like a small prison, using outdated behavioral modification techniques, public shaming, attack therapy. I did not have a degree in counseling yet they assured me I would only be helping out in therapeutic ways. Instead, they expected me to provide one on one counseling with the boys there. I quit because it was unethical and illegal. Do not send your son here. The boys are treated like convicts who have no humanity.
