Pros
Good perks, flexible schedule, on site gym and showers, on site cafeteria, seasonal events and activities for employees, good internal career advancement, good HR department, decent pay.
Cons
Well it was while it lasted. Since Marriott took over things started going south. The pay decreased, the menu at the cafeteria shrunk and food quality went very low. Most of the banquet captains lack organizational and leadership skills
