You’ll quickly outgrow the pay if you’re a fat riser - it’s not unique to gears, but rather the state of the systems integration/salesforce echo system where it’s a race to the bottom in terms of prices.

-Harry, the president and founder, is incredibly bright, involved, and has zero ego. Very rare. -Incredibly bright group of people. They only hire experienced talent. -Amazingly tight and family-like culture. This flows down from the top. I've never worked at a more tightly-knit firm. Folks here love the company, love their work, love each other, and will go to bat for each other. -Remote and flexible work environment -Exceptional transparency about the "state of the company", financials, growth, etc. -You get to work with the coolest new Salesforce clouds and features -Flexible, unlimited PTO that they actually encourage you to use -They walk the walk when it comes to encouraging "work life balance".
