Pros

Absolute best company I ever had the pleasure to be part of. The culture was phenomenal and everyone enjoyed camaraderie and endless support.

Cons

Merged with other companies and disrupted the connectivity.

Pros

Each project brings a new set of challenges, and to say that you’re always learning something new would be an understatement. The teams were smart and genuinely helpful, because they too were trying to figure things out.

Cons

You’ll quickly outgrow the pay if you’re a fat riser - it’s not unique to gears, but rather the state of the systems integration/salesforce echo system where it’s a race to the bottom in terms of prices.
