When looking for a job, I didn't believe any of these reviews either - Anonymous employee Gearset Employee Review

When looking at a position at Gearset, I was initially sceptical as so much of the feedback is overwhelmingly positive. One of the best things I did read was Gearset's response to the only bad review on here and I was really impressed. Having been at the company for around 6 months now I can confidently say it is one of the best companies I've ever worked at, for the following reasons - The trust is so enabling, when it comes to my work and progress, everyone trusts me to do an excellent job - The work life balance is phenomenal, I pick my own schedule and work hybrid, obviously there is a level of responsibility with this, but again it all links back to trust. Also I don't get messages or emails in the evenings, it still surprises me to this day. I could write a whole review on just how good the work life balance is. - I have total confidence in the management, something I haven't been able to say at every company I've worked at. However the whole first line team here are top drawer, everyone is approachable and everyone works together. - The people are great, having worked with every department both in England and other countries I can confirm they're a great bunch to work with. There isn't a single person at this company I want to avoid or not work with (not something I can't say for other places I've worked) Don't get me wrong at the end of the day it's still a job and you have to be willing to work hard and contribute, however if you've ever felt the struggle of; no trust, no balance, bad management and difficult members of staff, then you need to get on Gearset's careers page because it may just be one of the best moves you make.
