I had a really positive experience working at Gee Beauty. From day one, management was incredibly welcoming and made me feel like a valued part of the team. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping employees grow both professionally and personally. One of the highlights of my time there was the mentorship. I had the opportunity to learn from talented, experienced individuals who were always willing to share knowledge, provide guidance, and encourage new ideas. It's a collaborative environment where your contributions are recognized and your development is supported. The company also offers great benefits and perks, particularly for those passionate about beauty and wellness. Beyond the tangible benefits, what stood out most was how much the team genuinely cares about employee wellbeing. Cons
The only real downside for me was that I was hired on a maternity leave contract, so I knew from the beginning that my role would eventually come to an end. Otherwise, I had a very positive experience and genuinely love the brand.
