The company culture is very bad and toxic. They deduct money if you didn't give specific numbers of cvs every day. Make you work on Sunday as well. All team leaders , operation manager and company ceo is toxic and baised. Company is full of politics. Changing policies like clothes. The worst thing is micro management. They don't take efforts to improve the culture. Full of toxic managers with zero experience in CV knowledge
