No pros only cons Hiring and firing is their strategies In a month almost 20-25 employees are leaving and this count is keep on increasing

Cons

The company culture is very bad and toxic. They deduct money if you didn't give specific numbers of cvs every day. Make you work on Sunday as well. All team leaders , operation manager and company ceo is toxic and baised. Company is full of politics. Changing policies like clothes. The worst thing is micro management. They don't take efforts to improve the culture. Full of toxic managers with zero experience in CV knowledge

Exposure to work with various sectors but based on you background. If you have strong background then only you will be given work as per expertise otherwise random sectors with any random company will be given to handle.

Cons

- pay cut if daily avg cv is not 5 (high chances of cvs getting rejected by your senior at the end of the day) - good clients are given only to office going employees and who have good repot with seniors - no help and many senior resources lack proper knowledge in the sector for which they are working - policies keeps on changing (altered multiple times without information in a year) - policies are so harsh that only 3-4 employees gets appraisal at the year end - poor work life balance
