Pros
Great people. Great products that change lives.
Cons
Leadership needs an overhaul and communication is fragmented. Very messy, and not consistent with a leadership team's ability to make even the most rudimentary decisions.
People are hired, and then laid off the next quarter because they realize they've planned incorrectly. Change happens daily and you will likely not be made aware, even though it may affect the day to day directives or your job. As a contractor, payment is very slow and you will have to ask several times to be paid for the work you've performed more than a month ago. They frequently tell contractors that there is potential to convert to full time, but this is nothing more than a ploy to get you to jump through hoops. When your contract expires (or they end it early due to typical poor planning) you'll be sitting there, waiting to be paid and you'll realize getting converted to a full time employee was never even a thought on their end.
