      Great mission and people, but facing instability

      Pros

      Great mission, really good people for the most park. Still has some pretty solid perks.

      Cons

      Lots of growing pains, very unstable. Went on a hiring spree, economic situation changed, and is now on a firing spree. Wait until next year to see if situation has improved.
