Pros
Flex time - work 40 hours a week and leave whenever you hit that 401k - company matches a total of 5% of your salary if you toss in 6% Work/Life balance is great But wait until they make changes to these benefits
Cons
Parking is bad Tuition Reimbursement is bad - 0-3 years will only get half reimbursement Work is boring Not much career opportunities Pay is inferior compared to other big corporations You might as well leave while you have the chance put in my 2 weeks just in the nick of time
