Pros
Every other Friday off. Good name to put on the resume for another job.
Cons
Would not pick this as a first job out of college as a long term employer. There is no room for advancement here and your will have the same position you started with 5-10 years down the road if you do not leave. Before you know it you will be making in the 10% range of your market salery based on education and experience. They hardly post job opening and the ones they do are wired for a specific person of interest. Management plays favorites and gossips about employees all the time about issues that are not even relevant to work to other employees. You would think you are still in high school. They cut benifits almost every year.
