      Pros

      A good place to start but after a year the pace and leadership wears your morale down. Again a good place to strart.

      Cons

      Leadership is somewhat of a hit or miss. If your liked it's great but if your not someone who bends to the management winds it's not great.

      Pros

      Good communication between supervisors and production employees. From hiring, human resources, management, supervisors, and other employees I was respected and had a very personable experience.

      Cons

      I don't have anything negative to say about the company.
