      Pros

      General Floor is committed to 2 very strong core values, one of them is 'Be respectful to all' and ' Must have integrity' . These values make for a friendly and collaborative work environment . I have learned a great deal due to the on-going product training and seminars the company provides (during business hours). Knowledgeable staff that are always willing to teach and educate you.

      With 18 Locations it is difficult to meet all the associates in the company

      If you have potential and truly want to learn, it is guaranteed that they will see it and you will grow. If you care about General Floor and their customers, they will be good to you and are a fantastic company to work for. Great work environment and the people that work here care about each other and want to see each other win. I’m proud to say I work at General Floor.
