Pros
Everyone who works for General Insulation is extremely friendly and helpful. If you ever have a question or need help there are numerous employees to call who are more than willing to help. The pay is good. There are people willing to help you learn and help train you. The work is reasonable and there is a lot of room for growth. I am happy to be apart of the family.
Cons
The job can be confusing at first but once you learn the lingo of the business you will not have any trouble. The only con I can think of is dealing with impatient customers who are in a rush and don't understand you are new and learning about the job and company.
