      Pay is ok and they will let you work extra hours if you want them (most of the time)

      Cons

      The onboarding/training process for this company was insufficient and a joke. And no one seems to care. The salesmen overpromise and underdeliver, making everyone who is customer-facing farther down the install process miserable, dealing with furious customers.

      Pros

      Good people to work with. In house managers are good to work for.

      Cons

      It is an incredibly seasonal business. You make all your money between June 1st and October 31st. It’s tough if you need a stable job.
