Not much pressure, other than that, nothing I can think of.

Cons

Earning expectations highly inflated, pay structure changes and not fully explained, not a lot of leads, poor management, poor communication, difficult to get paid.

Pay is ok and they will let you work extra hours if you want them (most of the time)

Cons

The onboarding/training process for this company was insufficient and a joke. And no one seems to care. The salesmen overpromise and underdeliver, making everyone who is customer-facing farther down the install process miserable, dealing with furious customers.
