Pros
I worked for Genesis in the business office for two years. I subbed at many different locations in my region. It was a fine atmosphere to work in although healthcare can be challenging.
Cons
During my time at Genesis I saw many employees come and go. It was somewhat daunting to have to meet new staff but thats how it goes in 247/365 work spaces.
