Pros
Good pay, security, supportive rehab team. Family-like atmosphere in this small facility. "Salt of the earth" patients were rewarding to work with.
Cons
Productivity expectations in addition to incidental duties sometimes compromised patient care. This particular facility did not have adequate storage for wheelchairs and other equipment; rooms were small; and percentage of Medicaid patients high. Not true in all Genesis facilities.
