Always understaffed- Disgustingly sad food with portions suitable for a Toddler- They do not do drugs screening as part of the hiring process, probably part of the problem with the lack of quality employees. More than likely contributing to excessive call outs and turn overs. Let's not forget management or lack there of.. you can't successfully run a facility based on favoritism as opposed to qualifications. Hence why the facility is always running at subpar level at best. Also pay raises are dealt with in same unprofessional manner. I'm surprised Corporate hasn't looked into the runnings of this facility. Administrator,D.O.N. etc..
