Pros
Genesis offers a good rehab department and caring nursing staff . The pay is also very competaitive compared to other facilities in the area.
Cons
The repetative paperwork takes time away from the patients, lack of inservice and training, lack of opportunity to grow in the nursing career. The phamacy does not deliver meds timely.
