More stable working hours unless your lunch ladies call off for a sore throat. Every other holiday off
Cons
Called in all the time for stupid reasons. People could just say they had a sore throat or upset stomach and we had to believe them. We knew all the time they were faking it, but stupid policy is we can not ask for a doctors note unless its been three or more days. Long term employees could call out for what ever reason they wanted. Most CNA's hated to care for the residents.
