Pros
They care about their patients, and despite reimbursement, continue to provide the therapy necessary for a full recovery based on therapist's analysis.
Cons
Employees are expected to work overtime, yet not allowed to work over 8 hours. They are not realistic with the time put into documentation and technological failure. It is a huge stress on everyone in the department, and since it has been implemented the quality of the treatments have deteriorated. Also, the flexibility required for each therapist has gone to the extreme, with being sent home at a moment's notice, if there isn't enough treatments for all therapists, or staying overtime, if we don't have enough therapists to meet the expectations.
