Only positive is at the building level if you have a good management team who can shield the employees from the corporate bologna
Cons
Horrible pay, horrible corporate culture that changes regularly. If they are good they’ll be gone must be genesis’ motto. Too heavy corporate executive that have run the company into the ground and should be ashamed of themselves for how they treat residents and employees.
