      Benefits were good but have slid over the last few years and have fallen behind competitors. Workload is OK but some busy periods happen.

      Rapid growth a few years ago, caused a few people to jump ship, including the old CEO, however 2024 has been excellent and I'm sad in many ways to be leaving - the people here are fantastic
