      Broad project scope, nice culture, great with flexibility around kids and remote working.

      Cons

      Consulting can get busy at times! But, I loved my colleagues, the learning opportunities and the platform I was given that allowed me to move into Pharma. I can see a negative review on here that is very unfair and I believe may have been written by a below par performer who left shortly after me

      High quality work Scientific rigor Great people Diverse range of projects and studies

      Cons

      Rapid growth a few years ago, caused a few people to jump ship, including the old CEO, however 2024 has been excellent and I'm sad in many ways to be leaving - the people here are fantastic
