Strangest and most toxic culture, of all time - Systems Administrator Genesys Works Employee Review

I’ve worked a lot of places. Flat out abusive places, bureaucratic places, collaborative places...this one tops the list with oddly incestuous and strange nepotism and insular, toxic culture from the top down. This organization purports to help youth, but actually uses the labor of low-income youth trying to support their parents and families to pad the pockets of their incompetent national managers. This organization is uniquely toxic in its inability to communicate, implement positive cultural change, or have any organizational effectiveness, as well as it’s very specific brand of micromanagement that is odd in the specificity of its level of inappropriateness. The kind of behavior and management technique senior leadership gets away with is the kind of behavior that spoiled and self centered celebrities who surround themselves only with people who agree with them and lavish them with praise can compare to.
