Find work somewhere else - Vice President Genpact Employee Review

One of the most toxic companies I’ve ever worked for. The turnover rate is so high because anybody that is intelligent starts to look for a new job quickly. It’s not a healthy place to where and you have to battle just to get somebody to help you. People are encouraged to falsify information so that things temporarily look better. People get promoted based on time and not merit. Management is beyond horrible and not rational. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy.
