Pros

I don't have one good word to say.

Cons

Promises are many, delivery is absent. The hiring team will push you to lower your hourly rate, deliver quality work on an expedited basis with NO extra compensation and after the work is completed the fun begins. You have to employ a Genpact email to report hours- mind you, this requires TRAINING (really????) and can take a number of days. Invoicing and getting paid is the ultimate insult- you will eventually be routed to a team of 'I don't know' guys that are all in India. I especially enjoy being told over and over- the money will be in your account today, tomorrow at the latest and magically months go by and you don't see the money. Everyone passes the emails to others, no phone calls are returned, and time just moves along. If they were the last company on earth, I would not work for them again. No way. How the hell do you have team in India paying me in the US????

Pros

Supportive team environment with opportunities to work on challenging analytical projects. Strong exposure to pricing strategy, data analytics, automation, and cross-functional collaboration. Flexible work culture and opportunities to learn new technologies.

Cons

Some processes can be complex and require coordination across multiple stakeholders, which may occasionally slow decision-making. Priorities can shift quickly depending on business needs.
