The biggest advantage of Genpact is that it pays lots of attention towards the growth of employees. No discrimination is made between a person holding a professional degree or a simple graduate. Also lot of emphasis is made on training of the employees
Cons
Non discrimination between a person holding professional degree and a simple graduate sometimes creates a sense of dissatisfaction among the professionals. Also the payscale given by Genpact is a bit lower than industry norms.
