Pros

Excellent training methods for freshers. Good Transportation facility. Excellent Coach-Protege model Very skilled higher management

Cons

Very less Salary hikes. Always looks for Cost-cutting methods which always irks employees. Not so good HR practices. Here, HR is treated as a GoD. Keep running behind him ;) Very odd work hours (5PM to 2AM). No compensation for the work done during the weekends. No transparency in promotions. Just good work done in the project is not sufficient enough to get promoted to next level. They expect you to take org-initiatives (must) like arranging buses, organizing boot-camps etc.. which are not everybody's cup of tea.

Market rate compensation, not much else

Cons

AI is dismantling Genpact’s services-focused business model. The result is a toxic work environment with a dying culture: fear of layoffs, unclear goals, constant turnover, and remaining employees absorbing multiple roles as colleagues are fired or leave.
