Nothing. every pros has many cons associated with it

Purely a BPO. can never be an IT/ software company. BPO culture - absolutely pathetic for people joining from IT/software companies. All managers and leaderships from BPO, least educated, not at all technical, cant understand technology. one word description- purely dumb managers.Client = customer and project = process is all the know. They should join some sales/marketing jobs coz IT/software cannot fit them. Once your project is over you will be asked to resign. cannot handle bench if you are in band 4 and above. Thats the status of Genpact

Market rate compensation, not much else

Cons

AI is dismantling Genpact’s services-focused business model. The result is a toxic work environment with a dying culture: fear of layoffs, unclear goals, constant turnover, and remaining employees absorbing multiple roles as colleagues are fired or leave.
