      Pros

      Really Easy to obtain certifications. Lots of room to learn. Fairly laid back. If you make the right connections you'll fit right in.

      Cons

      Disorganized, Lying, management. Promotions don't exist. They will strip you of bonuses if they can. Only PTO is available. High turn over rate. Lots of back stabbing. Have to have connections to go anywhere. Don't feel safe/stable. Logic has no place here. No recognition for hard work. Very high stress environment. You have to hide your emotions/ thoughts.
