Pros
Tried to keep cultural similarities to previous company - we were all brought over in an outsourcing project and they really did put in effort to keep us happy at first
Cons
Outsourced my job again, set up a 16 week training program to have me train my own replacements, wouldn't give us severance and instead had us apply to other internal positions that weren't great fits, put tons of priority on their education system and LSS but we were expected to add it into our already busy schedules with no extra pay or time allowance
