Easy I guess, mindless busy work

If you have to work for Genpact, don’t work from home. The whole time I worked for them they were entirely disorganized. I eventually found a better job so I put in my 2 weeks, the next day I was locked out of my computer. Took almost a week to get me back in, they blamed IT. I returned my equipment and when I got my final check they kept $125 out of it saying it was for asset recovery and I would be reimbursed for that. Well, it’s been over a month since they got the equipment from me and still haven’t seen the rest of my check and now HR is blatantly ignoring me. The only paper I signed said if I didn’t return the equipment or if it was damaged they could keep it- neither is the case. Do NOT work for this company, I’ve never worked somewhere so unprofessional.

Market rate compensation, not much else

Cons

AI is dismantling Genpact’s services-focused business model. The result is a toxic work environment with a dying culture: fear of layoffs, unclear goals, constant turnover, and remaining employees absorbing multiple roles as colleagues are fired or leave.
