These folks will lie to your face about everything. They will renege on the salary, the minutest details. Sorry but they will deceive you from the get go. Surprisingly, this place is run like those smaller shady consulting companies in the US, may be even worse. Their HR comprises of people from those environments and hence carry forward that culture here as well. The unabashed attitude confirms it.
