. Bad leadership. People on the top for helpmate team are in genpact for more than 20 yrs. they make new and absurd rules. Which are not considered professional in rest of the IT world. . Leadership is not clear about the end goal. Lots of rework. . People on the top is playing visibility game amongst themselves. . No work life balance. Extended working hours . Least professionalism . Forces you to relocate or travel to different offices (not your base location or the location which was discussed during the recruitment) . Performance measuring parameters are absurd. Like how many times you travelled to different office location. How many hours you put-in other than regular 8 hrs. No matter how efficient and delivery oriented you are. . They call you at any given point. Even after 11pm. . HR does nothing even after various feedbacks from almost all the employees leaving the team.
