      None that I can think of

      Cons

      Management is inefficient, non-technical -especially in Noida location! They will hire you at some salary and your salary components will be removed post joining stating the HR policies have changed. Non technical managers are clueless about how to rate good work. Great client feedback has no value!

      Genpact Headstrong offers strong exposure to enterprise and healthcare projects, especially for roles such as Business Analyst and Salesforce Consultant. The work environment is generally professional, and colleagues are supportive and collaborative. I gained strong experience working with global stakeholders, Salesforce, Veeva CRM, and cross-functional teams. Work-life balance was decent in most projects.

      Compensation and annual hikes are below market standards, and career growth can feel slow after a certain point.
