Cons

Management is inefficient, non-technical -especially in Noida location! They will hire you at some salary and your salary components will be removed post joining stating the HR policies have changed. Non technical managers are clueless about how to rate good work. Great client feedback has no value!

Employee friendly organiztaion. Offers fair opportunities for job stability. There is work life balance in most of the projects.

Cons

1). Poor salary hike. (below 4% for higher band). 2). Limited learning opportunity in majority of the projects. 3). Promotions are driven by supervisor recommendation(s) and not based on merit/interviews. 4). Emphasis for Learning is Genome platform, which is actually an eyewash program for everyone.
