Pros
The staff all get along well and there is a good collegiate atmosphere (excluding the CEO, who is unpredictable and demanding)
Cons
You will be expected from day 1 to install all sorts of apps on your phone (that you aren’t reimbursed in any way for) that make you available to message 24/7 by all staff and clients. Don’t be surprised at a 9pm message from the CEO on Friday night complaining about your billings if you have had an off week! The Russian CEO is more a businessman than a lawyer, and there is very little in the way of experienced staff so don’t expect quality mentoring.
