Cons
Terrible company overall. Business practices are questionable at best, and it's difficult to see where the actual value is. The workplace culture is one of the worst. HR issues are commonplace, and because the organization is small, employees have little meaningful recourse when problems arise. Raising concerns or challenging decisions can quickly put a target on your back. Compensation is well below what is expected for the assigned workload and responsibilities. Employees are routinely expected to perform at management-level capacity while being paid far less than comparable positions elsewhere. Decision-making is painfully centralized. Routine improvements, projects, or ideas get trapped in layers of approval, creating endless cycles of work followed by weeks or months of waiting. Progress moves at a glacial pace. Innovation is not rewarded. New ideas are often dismissed outright, only to resurface later under different circumstances. Employees are expected to contribute heavily while receiving little recognition, autonomy, or trust in return. Overall, this is a company I would strongly recommend avoiding, whether you're considering employment or doing business with them. There are far better organizations that will value your time, expertise, and professional contributions.
