Pros

-Highly experienced leadership behind an innovative product (basically the first of its kind) -Potential to learn a great deal from the upper level management, who coincidentally care very much about their employees well-being and success -Due to the technology, you end up being confronted new and unique problems/developments daily -Great office environment; employees seem to have a stake/generally care about where the product is going and how the business is progressing -Employees of all departments were always willing to talk about their work and how it relates to yours/the greater company -Expanding extremely fast; huge potential for growth -Seriously rewarding place of employment if you're willing to commit yourself to this company

Cons

-Company expanded so fast, we were running out of office space (although I think they have scaled up since then)

Pros

*Truly the best software amongst an emerging and wide-open market *Tons of potential, both in compensation and career mobility *Both office locations are outstanding, and new Indy space will be great *Solid benefits *Product team is extremely capable, from top to bottom *Employees are all very nice and get along *Innovative and "cool" software platform *Being close to the 'ground floor' of a startup *Executive management is full of highly intelligent and experienced people *Relaxed dress code

Cons

*Survival is almost entirely dependent on external factors (e.g. data from social media platforms) *Changes, like those mentioned above, are related to the sales team after the fact *Culture is lacking in cohesiveness between management & employees / different departments *Certain employees are given preferential treatment that is not always merit-based *Set hours/meetings lead to a clock in/clock out culture *Executive management lacks connection between the ideal and the reality for front-end sales *(Speculation): Potential to be working for a larger corporation in the future
