Pros

Downtown office other than that I really have nothing to say. A few people there were alright. The tech team is a good group.

Cons

Everything else. Management has no direction for the company. Select few sales people run the show. Accounts are stolen daily. Hard work and results not recognized unless you are one of 2 sales people with direct access to CEO. CEO has no idea where the company is going. Sales are almost non existent. They do not care about any of their employees. 75%-90% turnover on the business side of things in Indianapolis in first year of operations. They are hiring more people when there isn't enough business for the sales people they have. They clearly want to sell the company before investors find out how dysfunctional things are internally. Product is useless. Social networks changing their policies making company's product less accurate and therefore worthless to law enforcement. The other market they want to sell to is marketing, but marketing companies don't want or need their product. When you ask questions about product changes you are given nonsense to repeat to customers.

Unstable, Poorly Managed

Pros

Great co-workers, nice offices, and plenty of snacks.

Cons

The company was incredibly poorly managed. The CEO has his hands in everything and is far more involved than he should be. He should be a figurehead, but instead involves himself in everything but is very out of touch with reality. He checks employees calendars every week, to see what they are doing. There have been 3 major layoffs and many of the people who have been fired were excellent employees. The layoffs had a chilling effect on morale and culture. There is a serious old boys club mentality, and some rampant sexism. Women were never promoted or given raises. Hiring the CEO's friends and family regardless of their qualifications is a big problem. The pay is not terribly competitive, and they have changed the pay structure for employees without a discussion resulting in people earning significantly less than they previously had. They do not really have a flexible culture, and you will be micromanaged. Top management has turned over multiple times, leading to a lack of focus and continuity. The technology is cool, but with the ever changing terms and conditions of Twitter and Instagram the product may not be valuable in the near future.

Pros

Fast-growing and evolving space. Fun product and ability to learn and grow as a professional if you take time to teach yourself. Strong product team, especially Scott and Crispin.

Cons

No integrity. Leadership is purely for themselves with no regard to their employees or customers. They churn and burn people, even if they are performing. Their 4th sales leader in 2 years is indicative of that, despite the business growing at high rates. Very little, if any, process or plan to help employees or customers succeed. They think passion will somehow solve those problems.
