      Great pay and great coworkers.

      Cons

      Management has no clue how to run a papermill. On top of that, operators are socially promoted and when someone retires, decades of knowledge slip away.

      somewhat flexible. requires little to no brains

      horrible management, working with felons, everyone is entitled, schedule is all over the place, pay poorly, long hours, bad food
