The IT department have no clue what they are doing and only pretending to work since Koch does the actual work. Same goes for Security; The entire department only exists for itself. There is Zero working with the rest of the business on anything important. They will throw you under the bus if it means leadership stays in leadership. Leadership will take credit for your work.
