Pros
They pay well to attract people, but people end up leaving very quickly.
Cons
In my long career, the Georgia-Pacific facility in Cleveland, TN has been the most challenging and disappointing workplace I’ve encountered. I’ve witnessed unethical conversations behind closed doors and a troubling lack of concern for employee safety. There’s a clear culture of silence—if corporate visits, employees are strongly discouraged from speaking up or sharing any concerns. The plant management appears to be more focused on personal advancement than on the well-being of their teams. Leadership seems disconnected and self-serving, creating a toxic and high-stress environment. If you value your mental health, enjoy your current job, or simply want a stable, respectful workplace, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. If you bring up concerns about leadership, they will end up firing you.
