This company has a bad nepotism issue that leads to other problems. Everyone is either related to each other, married to each other, or live with each other. Because of this, there's way too many opportunities for conflicts of interest. This leads to issues like: - Lack of accountability. Management is afraid of holding people accountable because of potential backlash from the employees (who are usually relatives). - Incompetence galore. There are way too many unqualified people who are only hired because their spouse or sibling works here, and then their Incompetence brings the team down. - Passive aggressive culture. Since everyone is related to each other, interpersonal conflicts are not handled professionally. This leads to passive aggression and gossip. You can't even go to HR to handle issues because even HR is related to the employees.
